Our Summer Internship Program
An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You’ll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo – you have a voice will be encouraged to use it.

Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, and networking with senior leaders – just to name a few!

This Opportunity
The Human Resources Project Management Office (HR PMO) team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on managing a portfolio of complex, high-priority HR initiatives aligned to our Corporate and HR strategic plans. In this role you will help us transform the way data is used to optimize our HR talent strategies.

What you’ll do
• Develop and update excel workbooks, dashboards, and reports that improve HR and business decisions to drive operational efficiency
• Prepare polished, “executive ready” PowerPoint presentations
• Provide administrative, operational, and communications support for the HR Project Management Office
• Support internal HR communications by coordinating with team members to update documents and other resources on the company’s intranet site and on the HR team site

 

Your skills & expertise
• Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Math, Business or related discipline preferred
• Past internship experience or project work in HR or business reporting and analytics preferred
• HR systems and SharePoint experience preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail required
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to learn quickly and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred (vlookup, pivot tables, slicers, charts, etc.)
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or CRO industry is a plus
